How to reschedule a game on KCYLL.org
- You can view all open field space by clicking on “master calendar” on the association page of the website. From there you can click on the date you are interested in and see all the activity for that date and pick an open spot.
- Contact the opposing coach through their team roster page. They should have at least an email address listed there.
- Agree on a time and place. If you cannot find their email or contact info procede forward with the next steps. Once you make the change a notification will be sent to them.
- Contact your club admin person or the team manager (if you are doing this hopefully you are the team manager) and have them change the schedule by doing the following:
- Your team admin must be logged in to the “Admin” section of the site. A coach can do this themselves if they have the universal team managers password from their administrator. If you need to add a game, skip to step 9.
- Click on calendar under “scheduling” in the admin page. Here you will find the master schedule. Or you can go to your team page and then click on schedule on left side.
- Find the game you want to change. Click on the edit game symbol and make the desired adjustments. In the announcement area, just check "Team Managers". This will send an email to the proper person as per their team setup. You can send a note to this contact by making changes in the "note" area ie "makeup game for Sundays rainout".
- If you receive a notice from KCYLL stating "Event Changed". Log into your account as team manager with steps above. Go to your team page, click on schedule on left side. The changed game should be in red. Click on the edit game symbol. If the change is agreeable, mark the "confirm" box. Then make the proper announcements on the notification area such as team and officials. These will be sent out only if the team is set to “live” which should be done after a round of reshuffling is done early in the season.
- In the Admin area you can also add a game by clicking on add game or practice. It is self explanatory from there. Notices will only be sent if schedle is set to live.
