Teams can add players to their roster so that they can use the site to email player, share roster information with the team and post player statistics.
How To:
- Go to the Admin Tab
- Login using your first and last name and the Coaches password. Contact your club administrator to get the universal coaches password if you have not recieved it.
- Select the current season info tab on the top
- Select the current Season
- Select the League your team is in, i.e. Boys> 7th/8th
- Select your Team on the next dropdown to the right
- Click on the Roster menu item on the left
- Click on the link under the Team Name called 'Add a New Team Member'
- Fill out the form and click Submit
- Repeat the add action till your roster is complete.
*If you have a school policy about publishing childrens names, the roster area is password protected but viewable by anyone with a KCYLL.org password. if you would like the roster protected from other KCYLL.org members, you can create a team specific password in the admin area under teams.
If your team members registered online:
- Go to the Admin Tab
- Login using your first and last name and the Coaches password. Contact your club administrator to get the universal coaches password if you have not recieved it.
- Select "registration" from the tabs on the left. Select or highlight the program where you want to assign your players.
- press the "assign" button.
- drag and drop your players names from the left to the team your want to assign them to.
